Job Description

A world's leading consumer brand is looking for a senior regional marketing leader to drive strategic innovation, product development and go-to-market activation for their Asia Pacific markets.

Report to the Regional Brand Lead, this role will be responsible for the following,

  • Partner with global and regional cross functional teams (creative, online, education, CRM, retail, etc.) to drive the Brand's development and image in Asia Pacific
  • Develop strong product and marketing strategies and programs, identify new consumer insights and trends, drive new innovative product launches and develop go-to-market activities respectively
  • Lead product and consumer Marketing teams in the Asia Pacific region with clear business objective regarding Brand strategies, product launches, events and activations, as well as develop the individual's capability and performance accordingly
  • Lead in innovation, marketing plans and brand communication to resonate with Asian consumers and fit Asian media platform needs
  • Enhance operational effectiveness and improve business processes to achieve on-time and impactful execution at every point of sale
  • Lead, motivate and develop team through promoting continuous improvement

Successful caliber shall possess,

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or the equivalent or similar discipline
  • 12-18 years marketing experience with world's reputable brands within the consumers and beauty products industry
  • Solid consumer understanding and shopper insights gained from at least 5 recent years of marketing experience in China
  • Proven track record in managing a cross-location marketing function within Asia Pacific
  • Influential, engaging with positive mindset
  • Experience in leading product development strategy ranging from architecture, pricing, mix, sizes, packaging
  • Excellent leadership and management skills who is willing to take calculated risks
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and conceptual marketing skill
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Regular traveling is expected
