My client is a banking group with comprehensive services for their retail and commercial banking business. They are now looking for a Vice President - Internal Audit for their high perform audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Company's risk management, internal control systems as well as governance practices;
• Prepare of audit plans to ensure scope, approach, and logistics of an audit are appropriately planned;
• Identify business process improvements for segment audits as appropriate;
• Enhance the internal audit standard and quality within the department;
• Participate in the development of Audit methodology to provide independent assurance of Credit Risk Exposures and Credit Risk Management processes;
• Follow up and closure of issues raised in reports;
• Act as business partner to Risk Management Division;
• Lead the evaluation of credit process;
• Assist in some projects.

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years relevant experience gained from financial services / banking environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exposure in credit risk management.
• Open to Big 4 candidates (Manage Grade).
• Strong business sense.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
