JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Report directly to the Top Management
Provide a full-spectrum of professional secretarial and executive support for daily operations, having close liaison with both internal and external parties
Co-ordinate effectively for meetings, travel and accommodation arrangements for the top management
Provide full-spectrum of administrative/operation/back-up support
Provide support in events and assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Assistance on personal issues of General Manager and other expatriates
In charge of office general administration and purchasing issues
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, preferable with formal secretarial training.
Minimum 5-8 years’ job experience with min 3 years secretarial support to senior management level
Experience in MNC or sizable company is an advantage
Work independently, with high sensitivity to deal with confidential tasks
Well organized, detail-oriented, accurate, flexible & self-motivated
Strong organizational and time management skills is a must;
Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Advanced skills level in outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in logistics field appreciated
Fluent English, mandarin. French is a plus
ability to work in international environment
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to work independently;
Excellent integrity and able to keep confidentiality in highest priority manner;
Good inter-personal skills and able to work in a fast pace dynamic environment.
Dynamic, proactive and able to work under pressure and time limit
