Position responsibility：
1-All aspects of company operations undertaken comprehensive management responsibilities, including but not limited to production, sales, procurement, personnel, equipment and facilities maintenance, project implementation, budget, financial management, food hygiene, personal safety and abide by laws and regulations.。
2-Reasonable arrangement of the company's organizational structure, staffing and business activities.
3-To accept the strategic instructions and policy guidance of the general manager and the joint working committee, and arrange, implement, manage and develop the management items, management objects, management objectives, budget preparation, personnel arrangement and policy measures adopted by the general manager and the joint working committee.
4-Responsible for the company's financial budget preparation, execution, control, supervision and necessary adjustment, strengthen the financial control, the implementation of financial constraints, a fiduciary duty to the general manager of the company capital; provide financial forecast according to the requirements; supervision and approval of financial expenditure, to ensure the accuracy of financial expenditure and compliance with policies, procedures and contracts the company's obligations.
5-Monitor the development of the company, evaluate the expected management of the company on long-term expectations and short-term expectations, and put forward opinions and suggestions, so that the company will continue to meet the operational requirements, and constantly improve the ability of customer service; formulate and propose investment plans improved by the company.
6-Supervise and evaluate the work activities and performance of employees, ensure that employees complete the work on the premise of abiding by the law; meet with employees regularly, and conduct two-way communication and evaluation of all aspects of the company's operation。
7-To guide, plan, organize and implement the company's food safety and other aspects of safety projects and measures, so that the company in food safety and other aspects of safety to meet the government's safety standards.
8-Participate in industry meetings and participate in industry activities, and maintain the understanding of industry trends and Industry Development。
9-To guide and participate in media communication, Achieve business objectives in consumer information, food safety and public relations.
10-Feedback and deal with consumer inquiries and complaints。
11-Perform other relevant duties as required by the company。


Requirements：
1-Czech native speaker preferred.
2-Good writing and speaking English.
3-Food industry experience, prefer meat processing industry.
4-Familiar with meat products in European market and the international market.
5-Have extensive sales channels; be good at extensive connections in the meat processing industry in Czech.
6-Has the capability of management, production management, sales supply chain management, financial management and other comprehensive management.
