Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Vice General Manger to direct and manage HQTS Vietnam business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Improving revenue.
Creating and managing budgets.
Hiring and training employees.
Managing operational costs
Evaluating performance and productivity
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Generating reports and giving presentations.


Skill and Requirements

At least 8 years of working experience and 3 years in team management in TIC industry, sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business. TIC industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized and strong work ethic.
Proactive and aggressive nature
International travel is required.
English advance
