1. Responsible to lead independent school in the UK, Lead local UK team including independent school Principal and team
2.Making annual operation plans for middle and high school daily work. Take charge in school management in all aspects such as finance, teaching team building, safety and moral education, human resource management etc.,
3.Associate and maintain a good relationship between domestic share boards and from the UK. Coordinate with the inspection and evaluation of UK school local fairs.
4.Strong ability of resource integration. Making full use of domestic and Uk school resource. Developing overseas study program. Sensitive about international education new trend and new policy regarding global education field.
5. working location is in shanghai for daily work. Will need to go to the UK for business trips if necessary.

Requirements：
1.multi years working at international education field. 3 years and above management experience in international school(overseas school)
2. Bachelor degree is a minimum requirement. Fluent in English language(working language is english). Experience of working or studying in the UK is a big plus.
3. Independent ability of developing new cooperating of new schools partnership. Mergers and Acquisitions of overseas schools experience is a plus.
