Job Description
1. Assist the director to deal with general administration.
2. Work on curricular development and cooperate with the teaching and researching management.
3. Attend recruitment meetings.
4. Be involved in leadership meetings.
5. Actively participate in school-wide accreditations committees.
6. Teach AP, A-Level, DP English or school-designed courses up to 14 periods/week, 56 periods/month.
7. Other work as assigned.

Job Requirement
1.Master’s degree in English Education, English Language and Literature, or related field with strong academic background
2.Teaching Certificate prefered
3.Over five years of teaching experience of AP and IB English at international schools in China and over three years experience in team management and curriculum development
4.Passionate, responsible, collaborative and committed to quality education
5.Accountable and highly motivated individual with radiant team spirits
6.Caring, suitable and safe to work with children

Compensation and Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax:
    - Teaching position: RMB 35,000 - 45,000 on pay scale
2. Full payment for winter and summer vacations
