      • Responsible to support region/country projects, process re-engineering, and initiatives.
      • Day-to-day communication with business and vendor, monitor supplier operations to improve service quality.
      • Timely consolidate and prepare metrics reporting for responsible services.

      • Based on Global/Regional guidelines or country regulations to update operation policy & procedures to manage risks for responsible services.

      • At least 3 years working experience, relevant work experience in financial institutes or related fields.
      • University graduated or above; strong analytical and reporting skills, with good reading, writing, and conversation ability both in English and Chinese.
      • Self-motivated, and working independently. Ability to work multi-tasks and execute in line with priorities and dependencies in a timely manner.
      • Teamwork players in a dynamic and challenging environment.
      • Familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is a plus.
