Mission & Main Tasks:

This position offers the opportunity to get involved in the whole vehicle development of Audi with its leading technologies. You will have the precious chance to experience the latest Audi models and ensure the high quality of Audi vehicles for our customers by influencing the vehicle projects in the early development phase.


Job Duties:


1. Making proposals for value optimization based on function analysis considering its meaning for customers
2. Creation of ideas on product design for value optimization
3. Establishing transparency of products via benchmarking
4. Alignment and cooperation with technical departments in Audi China R&D and Value Analysis department of Audi AG


Qualifications:

Education:


Bachelor or Master degree
Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information technology or related area


Professional Skills:

Technical knowledge of EV-components (HV-Batteries, E-Motor) from previous job
Experience in value analysis appreciated but not mandatory
Expert knowledge Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Competence Required:


1. Analytical thinking and self reflection
2. Highly motivated with initiative working attitude and a strong team player
3. must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, correctness and deadlines
4. Able to speak to big audiences and present work results to management-level


Language Skills:

Very good to excellent English and Chinese in speaking and writing is mandatory, while knowledge of the German language is highly appreciated.
