工作內容

Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction
Devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new recruits and managing our employees
Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company
Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,motivation and preservation of human capital
Report to management and make informed business decisions based on data and metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Nurture a positive working environment
Respond to questions or complaints from employees in a timely fashion
Manage all other HR department personnel

需求條件

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field
7+ years’ experience in human resources
2+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable utilization of technology to enhance and measure the results of human resource programs
Knowledge of HR systems
Excellent understanding of the interview process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions
Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Fluent in Mandarin & English
International education or work experience a plus
PHR Certification a plus
