工作內容
  • Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction
  • Devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new recruits and managing our employees
  • Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company
  • Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Report to management and make informed business decisions based on data and metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Respond to questions or complaints from employees in a timely fashion
  • Manage all other HR department personnel

需求條件
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in human resources
  • 2+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable utilization of technology to enhance and measure the results of human resource programs
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent understanding of the interview process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • International education or work experience a plus
  • PHR Certification a plus
