Job Description
Improve the method of strategic planning and market analysis, and establish the best practice of strategic planning in our company.
Attend meetings in biotech field and give key note talks in the meeting. Gain deep understanding for the industry.
Collect and analyze market information, and give recommendations to the management team to revise their strategy.
In collaboration with the executive team, develop short-term and long-term strategy for each business line. Assist to implement these strategies.
Lead and coach a team to accomplish the mission.
The Successful Applicant
Proven strong track record of strategic planning, and consulting.
Actively networked and engaged in biotech community, highly motivated and energetic.
Expertise and demonstrated thought leadership and management skills.
Solid understanding of biology, and PhD in biology related majors; Chinese candidate with international education background is a strong mix.
Business environment experience in sales & marketing is a plus.
