The role As a Vice President, you’ll be accountable for developing SAC’s external consulting business. You’ll work on one of Siemens’ top strategic priorities by advising (prospective) Siemens customers how to best address their most critical digitalization challenges. From strategy, to prototyping and design, to implementation and operations you’ll apply a holistic approach in order to plan and deliver customized (IoT-related) end-to-end solutions. Exposure to rapidly growing industries and new technologies in electrification, automation and especially digitalization offer you a highly dynamic environment and (personal) growth potential. What you'll do Drive growth of external consulting business for SAC, with a strong vertical focus Scope, win and ensure success of (IoT-related) projects Establish strong long-term relationships with external clients Successfully manage internal and external stakeholders Give guidance to project managers and teams Foster individual development of SAC colleagues What you'll need Outstanding university degree (Master’s / PhD) or a top business school MBA Vast experience as principal / partner /VP at top-tier consultancies with outstanding performance In-depth expertise in one or more verticals such as automotive, manufacturing, Medtech and etc. Broad and strong client network in industries relevant for Siemens (IoT-related) business and a proven sales track record Entrepreneurial mindset and a profound know-how in relevant industries First-hand experience in digitalization / IoT-related projects Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills and broad experience in personal development and coaching of teams Organization: Advanta Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
