Job Description

岗位职责:

1.主导公司的项目转让工作,制定公司商业开发策略,支持公司的整体发展。

2.确定和建立潜在客户。

3.与研发技术部门配合为客户提供全面综合的解决方案。

4.通过为目标客户提供积极的、具有前瞻性的、专业的咨询顾问服务确保稳定的业务往来。

5.通过深入了解客户组织与需求,建立和维护良好、长期、稳定的客户关系,取得客户信任。

6.熟悉了解公司所能提供的所有服务和产品,抓住交叉销售的机会。

7.制定有针对性的营销策略,开展富有市场竞争力的市场活动。

8.跟进商业合同文件的处理,推动商业合作的完成。

9.定期与客户保持联系沟通,提升客户满意度。

10.规划和统筹所有客户的销售活动。

11.运用CRM系统维护客户信息及资源。

12.定期进行销售工作的总结汇报。


Job Description

Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidate will beexpected to:

  • Develop business development strategy and plans.

  • Ensure effective implementation of agreed plans.

  • Achieving annualbusiness development targets.

  • Identify potential customers and contacts.

  • Lead company’s project licensing activities.

  • Prepare and deliver scientific and technical presentations to potential customers.

  • Co-ordinate with scientific and operations staff to present comprehensive proposals.

  • Secure and retain business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at keydecision-makers.

  • Cultivate strong, long-termrelationships with key decision-makers within account and develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization.

  • Maintain general knowledgeof all company services for cross-sell opportunities.

  • Pursue awareness ofcompetitive activities, positioning and pricing, which include specific reasonsfor awards and non-awards.

  • Handle follow-up related tothe sale and drive completion of contractual documents.

  • Monitor customersatisfaction by communicating regularly with customer.

  • Plan and co-ordinate allcustomer sales activities.

  • Record all customer salesrelated activities in CRM system.

  • Prepare sales activityreport for sales management.


任职要求:


1.博士以上学历,生物、医药等相关专业。


2.有5年以上全职工作经历。


3.有生物医药行业同等职位工作经验的优先考虑。


4.必须在相关行业有商务开发工作经验,且有可被证明的销售业绩记录。


5.有美国境内工作许可,高度的自我管理能力和自我激励意识。


Desired Skills and ExperienceDoctordegree in a relevant scientific discipline is required .Appropriate full-time workexperience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please).Recent experience in thepharmaceutical biotech industry is strongly preferred.Experience in businessdevelopment is essential with clear proven track record in high value contractsales or licensing and collaboration.Must be organised and highly selfmotivated and have permit to work in the appropriate region.
