主要岗位职责（Responsibilities）

在公司提供客源的情况下，通过电话外呼的方式和客户进行一个沟通，分析他们的情况，挖掘客户需求，介绍并推荐合适的课程套餐。完成交易，具有一定的销售性质。

In the case of customers provided by the company, communicate with customers through external call, analyze their situation, explore customer needs, and recommend appropriate course packages. Completion of the transaction, with a certain sales nature.

1、综合底薪6000+提成+奖金 均薪15000-20000

企业要求（Enterprises Requirement）

1、大专及以上历，有海外留学工作经验者优先；
2、具有电话销售经验尤佳，例：呼叫中心，车贷，信用卡办理，保险业等；
3、年龄：22-30岁，服务意识强，热心，健谈，开朗，反应力快，愿意解决朋友问题；
4、思路逻辑清楚，普通话口齿清晰，英语六级以上尤佳；
5、有明确人生目标，执行力强；有目标和欲望，过往有过自我成就，有自信力不怕陌生；
6、好学，有求知欲望，但不固执；
7、穿着、举止、对话大方得体有班代、干部历练者；
8、独立生活或者在外地工作过；
9、有教育培训行业销售经验者优先考虑。

1. College degree or above, overseas working experience preferred;

2. Telemarketing experience is a plus, e.g. call center, car loan, credit card, insurance, etc.

3. Age: 22-30 years old, strong sense of service, enthusiastic, talkative, cheerful, quick response, willing to solve problems with friends;

4. Clear logic, clear mandarin, cet-6 or above is a plus;

5. Have clear life goals and strong execution ability; Have goals and desires, past self-achievement, confidence is not afraid of strange;

6, eager to learn, have the desire to learn, but not stubborn;

7, dress, behavior, conversation decent class, cadre experience;

8. Lived independently or worked in other places;

Sales experience in education and training industry is preferred.
