Position Description: ?Lead activities in the product process by applying ergonomic and usability design principles toward use cases studies, and overall Smart device design.?Work collaboratively with cross-functional project team members and business peers to propose the best experience for the end user.?Conduct usability studies of prototype and existing designs during various phases of concept and product development. Translate study results into actionable design recommendations and product requirements.?Understand target user’s scenario, needs, behavior and other motivating factors and translate them into concepts for comfortable, compelling and competitive product experiences.?Plan and execute iterative user research and analysis projects including but not limited to task analysis, competitive assessments, benchmarking, customer interviews, concept testing, usability testing and heuristic evaluations.?Identify user insights and lead new initiatives to deliver industry-leading user experiences.?Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms with colleagues, management and external parties in both the U.S. and other countries.Position Requirements: ?Bachelor degree (Masters preferred) in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Sociology, Engineering, or related fields.?2+ years (required) 3+ years (preferred) professional UX experience.?Experience working directly with other user experience and design professionals.?Language proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English (required).?Professional experience with performing product usability assessments is highly preferred.?Familiarity and experience executing a user-centered design driven product development project.?Be able to work independently as well as take direction and work within established strategic and business guidelines.?Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international multidisciplinary team environment.?Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
