The Urban Family Digital Editor position for HK Focus Media will cover urban-family.com and Urban Family’s social media platforms, as well as other HK Focus Media editorial and digital products and platforms.

The Urban Family Digital Editor will report directly to the Editorial Director.

The Urban Family Digital Editor’s chief responsibilities will be as follows:

1. To source daily stories for Urban Family.

2. To uploading content to urban-family.com.

3. To manage the Urban Family WeChat account.

4. To share Urban Family content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Weibo etc.)

5. Translation work, both editorial and commercial.

6. Copywriting work for clients, both English and Chinese.

7. To work on other HK Focus Media products as required.

8. To manage competitions, receiving entries and sending out prizes.

9. To liaise with the sales team regarding requests and support.

10. To represent the company at client meetings, press conferences, PR events or other functions as required.

11. To fully support Urban Family across the country both with content and with relationships with respective editors.

12. To manage the That’s Shanghai and That’s Suzhou WeChat accounts.
