responsibilities：
§ 应用标准化技术完成项目中的规划任务。
§ 在资深员工的指导下，完成规划报告和政策文件。
§ 协助现场调研或及可行性研究。
§ 支持项目交付所需要的数据编制及研究等工作。
§ 参加公司现有的项目或目标项目的内部及外部会议。
§ 为保证项目顺利执行提供额外支持。
§ 能够胜任各种类型项目的设计工作。
§ 协助计划的制定及效果图的绘制。
§ 尽职尽责，熟悉公司内部的工作流程。
§ 具备扎实的专业技能，对工作积极主动。致力于追求创新、高质的设计方案。
§ Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.
§ Provide project or task management to develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.
§ Develop solutions that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form; modify and/or review drawings, construction documentation and detailing.
§ Confer with clients regarding design schemes and implementation.
§ Coordinate and consult with federal, state and local regulatory agencies on scope and impact of project when necessary.
§ Assist clients with public hearings or meetings and manages public outreach activities.
§ Manage, prepare, correct and update documents;
§ Manage scopes, schedules and budgets;
§ Prepare for and participate in proposal interviews in addition to agency and client coordination and relations.
§ Develop innovative solutions to problems.
§ Assist in marketing efforts to current clientele and to identify and attract new clientele.

§ 城市规划，城市设计、建筑设计或相关专业本科或以上学位。硕士为佳。
§ 3到5年相关工作经验。
§ 扎实的专业技能。
§ 优秀的设计和绘图技能。
§ 熟悉Adobe Design Collection、AutoCAD、湘源控规、SketchUP、MS Office Suite。
§ 懂天正日照、ArcGIS Suite为佳。
§ 掌握彩平及collage制作为佳。
§ 注重细节 。
§ 良好的组织协调能力。
§ 能与跨专业团队合作。
§ 熟悉国家设计规范和标准。
§ 良好的中英文表达能力。
§ Bachelor Degree in Urban Design or Planning or closely related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
§ Generally requires 3 to 5 years’ experience in an urban designer role.
§ Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities.
§ Previous experience successfully managing small teams.
§ Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
§ Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD. ArcGIS Suite a plus.
§ Strong attention to detail.
§ Excellent organizational skills.
§ Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
