【Job Description】
Giving FACE-TO-FACE lecture for the course Post Production and Lighting & Grip to University year 3 students from Sep tp Nov 2023
Total workload：32 periods (1hr each)
Place of work: Guangxi University of Finance and Economics

【Basic Requirements】
1.MUST have master degree or above, PHD preferred
2.At least one year RELEVANT teaching experience in university or college
3.Teaching in English, fluent English in speaking and writing
4.Require for exam preparation and marking
5.Teaching experience in China or other overseas countries preferred

【Basic Course information】
Post Production:
This module will provide students with mixture of workshops and assessed briefs designed to promote knowledge and understanding of digital non-linear editing. Working alone or as part of a postproduction team, students will explore non-linear digital editing techniques (editing clips, setting up timelines, using transitions, editing audio-tracks, titling).

Lighting & Grip:
The module will cover the theoretical examination of Film/TV lighting fixtures, fittings, lamp design, application and control, camera support and stabilisation.

Module aims to explore topics for e.g.
• Colour Temperature control, measurement and adjustment
• Lamp design, application and photometric data.
• Grip and support – Stands, Light rigs, hanging, handling and ladder work.
• Lighting control –Dimmers, DMX and Base.
