Position: English language tutor for undergraduate programmes;
Location:Lingshui Park, Hainan Province, China;
Start Date: 23rd October 2023;
Class Size: 20~40 students;
Working Days: Mon to Fri:6-8 teachings hours per day;

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality and engaging English language instruction to undergraduate students with designated teaching materials.
- Planning and implementing effective lesson plans.
- Assess and evaluate students' language abilities through exams, assignments, projects, and speaking assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their language proficiency to enhance their learning and growth.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity.
- Utilise appropriate technology and teaching aids to enhance language learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Adhere to university policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.

Salary:RMB30-35k before tax per month that is determined by the teacher's teaching experience and qualifications;

Basic Requirements:
• Native English Speakers preferred.
• Master's degree or above.
• Must be a holder of a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA or State/provincial teaching license (still valid);
• At least 3-year teaching experience at higher education system.
• Open-minded, easy-going, patient and responsible;
• Would like to work with young people;
