Duties and Responsibilities：

• Set up and oversee the high school college counselor program
• Liaisoning with parents and managing student expectations
• Work closely with the international college counselor
• Create and maintain student portfolios
• Meet with students regularly to provide advice and help improve their profiles
• Provide reports and communicate regularly with parents
  

Skills and Experience Required：

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, strong academic background preferred

2. At least two years of college counseling experience

3. Strong communications skills

4. Fluent English

5. Experience of working in an international school or teaching overseas preferred
