Job Description

工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role in one of the largest youth work NGOs in Hong Kong for planning, developing and organizing signature entrepreneurial, social innovation and various incubation programmes;
  • Develop strategies for service unit for providing one-stop entrepreneurial supports including seed money, training, mentorship, promotion channels, media coverage and consultation;
  • Build partnership and maintain close connections with top ranked local and global incubators, accelerators and stakeholders, in order to provide opportunities to the youth entrepreneurs and social innovators;
  • Engage overseas entrepreneurs, investors and partners, connect them to the youth incubatees to make local and global impact through business development;
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with youth incubatees through online campaigns, networking events, exibitions and other communication collaterals

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Social Science or related disciplines, preferable with master degree

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, and a strong drive for success;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • I.T. knowledge is advantageous

  • Can-do attitude;
  • Be proactive and able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Be a good team leader with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Multi-tasking

其他要求 Additional Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of relevant working experience in start-up industry or related sectors
