Job Description

工作內容
1. TOIEC >750 as mandatory, 2nd foreign languages (Japan or German) at business conversation level is a plus
2. Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills as a pre-sales role.

3. Gather users' information from observation, user interview or field study to identify target user segmentation, persona and user needs
4. Identify usability or UX issues of developing applications or prototypes, innovative products on market, or new technology samples from vendors
5. Plan brainstorming workshop or join discussion as a consultant to explore potential product solutions to fulfill user needs in UX perspective
6. Propose innovative product concept, optimize use experience, define scenario scripts or documents for project team communicating
7. Provide design suggestion of I/O placement, system behavior, interaction pattern based on form factor and scenarios usage
8. Observe and digest marketing or technology trends from events or exhibitions, and be able to interpret them into meaningful product solution.
