Client Details:
A large real estate developer based in Hong Kong is looking for a UI/UX designer for their tech team, in the plans of developing a large-scale enterprise project. The right candidate will be working closely with a forward-thinking team.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct research, prototyping, interaction design and implementation for a large-scale enterprise project
• Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes for website and app projects
• Detailed research on enterprise workflow applications 
• Design UX based on technical detail and limitation 
• Create visual design specifications, prototypes and maintain design system for consistent design
• Work alongside Project Management, Engineering team and stakeholders to create and convey design solutions and ensure project are executed on-time
• Carry out an assessment of existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits
• Help with defining reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals
• Design advertising material and relevant graphics when needed
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in design or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experiences in UX/UI design and related experience in mobile apps and web-based design
• Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
• A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to analyze complex workflow and technical details 
• Understanding of Coding restrictions HTML, CSS, JavaAjax and front-end coding
• Basic understanding on system design
• Experience in these fields: IoT, Smart Buildings is a plus
• Good team player
• Able to work in an agile team and love the start-up environment
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
