Extensive experience in UX and UI Design.
Including facilitating ideation sessions, prototyping, applying design systems, testing with users, interviewing users, and designing complex user journeys.
Extensive experience designing feature heavy applications for the Business Partner Community.
Extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the Business Partner Community.
Evidence of delivering user-centered outcomes.
Deep understanding of UX practices and methodologies.
Strong visual design experience and expertise.
Experience leading the design direction of a product or website.
Knowledge of Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience applying branding concepts and methodologies.
Ability to design responsively & for mobile optimisation.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working and negotiating with team members and clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong team working and collaboration skills.
Proven experience and evidence of addressing the underlying problem and questioning any assumptions.
Planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload
An understanding of user testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience working in cross-discipline agile teams.
