• Extensive experience in UX and UI Design.

  • Including facilitating ideation sessions, prototyping, applying design systems, testing with users, interviewing users, and designing complex user journeys.

• Extensive experience designing feature heavy applications for the Business Partner Community.

• Extensive knowledge of the intricacies of the Business Partner Community.

• Evidence of delivering user-centered outcomes.

• Deep understanding of UX practices and methodologies.

• Strong visual design experience and expertise.

• Experience leading the design direction of a product or website.

• Knowledge of Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Experience applying branding concepts and methodologies.

• Ability to design responsively & for mobile optimisation.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience working and negotiating with team members and clients.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong team working and collaboration skills.

• Proven experience and evidence of addressing the underlying problem and questioning any assumptions.

• Planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload

• An understanding of user testing techniques and methodologies.

• Bachelors Degree UI/UX Design or related field
