About The Role:

We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our exceptional team in building the translation industry's leading technology under the Trados brand. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the best user experiences for translators and translation customers across our web, desktop and mobile applications. You will engage with multiple development teams and stakeholders to ensure the user interface is best in class, intuitive, visually appealing, and meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-centered design principles across multiple platforms (mobile, web, and desktop apps) to contribute to the growth of the Trados brand.

• Conduct user research and create user personas to guide design decisions, focusing on providing the best UX for translators and translation customers.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, ensuring seamless integration with our industry-leading technology.

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and multiple development teams to guarantee that designs are implemented correctly and to the highest standards.

• Ensure that designs comply with brand guidelines and are visually appealing, accessible, and aligned with the Trados brand vision.

• Continuously monitor and improve the usability of our products through user testing and feedback, striving to create the best possible experience for our users.

• Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to maintain our position as a leader in the translation industry.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience.
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience in research, user testing, and creating user personas.
• Knowledge of design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
