Your new role – challenging and forward looking: • Create User Experience for digital apps (focus on concepts, interaction- and interface-design) • Research and evaluate innovative technologies in all digital areas. • Creation of UI concepts, prototypes while being responsibility for the visual design output. • Creation of visual designs for user interfaces and documentation of UI guidelines • You ideally play a dual role of design researcher and UI designer • For design researcher: o Define digital experience system roadmap and customer scenarios, manage user journeys and optimize the digital touchpoints. o Define user research needs and synthesize all sources of user research to develop UX deliverable. • For UI designer: o Translate complex systems into tangible, simple concepts and demonstrate them through storying and rapid prototyping. o Benchmarking the market competitors’ digital experience with deep dive analytics, insights and make vision in creating a culture of human centered innovative design. Qualifications and requirements: • At least 3 years experience in creating innovative and intuitive user interfaces with very good knowledge of design processes and UX design (including design thinking, usability evaluation, use cases, user scenarios, user journeys and wire framing). • For UX designer: you ideally have a M.A. in service design, communication-design, visual design, art design, media-design or a similar field. • For design researcher: you ideally have a M.A. in psychology, sociology, design, communication & public relation or a similar field. • You successfully drive products through concept, wire framing and visual design phases and work within an agile development team. • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) as well as working on site with an agile development team. • Extensive and practical experience in responsive web design projects. • Experience with design tools like Sketch, axture, InVision, Zepplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Xd, Figma or other related UI design software. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, AE and PR is an advantage. • You are passionate about digital trends and web technologies. Ideally, you have knowledge of cross-device applications. • You think innovatively and have logical problem-solving skills. • You ideally have minimum 1 year experience in leading a UX/UI design team or at least 1 independent designed product and go to market. • Innate drive to create picel perfect assets and designs. Proven record of high-quality web design and portfolio. • Languages: Excellent English skills both written and spoken • You are used to working in an agile team and have excellent presentation skills. • You are a communicative team player and always open to new ideas. • Your experience in following aspects will be preferred: o Experience in making animations, videos or other vision related visual expressions to enhance the highlights of the concept. o Experience with data-driven design. o Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
