Responsibilities:
Achieve the company's monthly/ annual sales targets with strategic plans;
Actualize and review sales plan by enhancing existing sales base and acquiring new business development;
Identify and develop proper sales proposal under best competitive pricing strategy to enhance overall profitability;
Understand existing key clients well by frequent visits, new product development and food demo arrangement;
Conduct tracking of competitors’ activities;
Shortlist new potential customers to actualize sales increment;
Discuss with our in-house chef for the customers’ recipe and menu planning;
Work closely with internal parties on sales, inventory and forecast, order delivery and credit control;
Maintain good rapport with customers by providing after-sales services, follow up on customers’ enquiries and complaints
Requirement:
Degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 6-8 years sales experience and business development ideally in food service industry
Candidates with Chocolate and Margarine ingredients experience are favorable
Experience in key account and industrial customers management will be an advantage
Aggressive, positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable and result-oriented. Able to work independently under pressure
Mature, hardworking with strong marketing sense. Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Proficient PC skills
