Job Description:

-Lead your team consisting of 3 to 6 Quality Controllers and 100 transcribers
-Meet with customers over the phone regularly
-Use databases to monitor results
-Analyze and solve any problems which may occur
-Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
-Assist HR to recruit team members

Skills/Experience:

-From the United Kingdom
-Excellent working proficiency in English
-Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
-At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
-Demonstrable leadership qualities
-Bachelor degree
-Committed to meeting deadlines
-Proficient in Excel
-Responsible and strong under pressure
-Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
-Professional manner and presentation
