職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

As a UIUX Director, you'll not only need to equip with solid UIUX experience, UX methodology but also be a mentor to lead the innovative insight among the product and mentee's career development. You'll collaborate with product team, engineering team and market team during the work. Further, you'll be a leader among worldwide offices in Taipei, Tokyo, Seattle and Munich and use collabrity in connecting diversified market and previous experience to create new wow product in the following future.

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphics Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of managing a user research/graphic design team.
• Experience in designing user interface in mobile App and web-based marketing design contents.
