The Department

Our Treasury Department oversees the Club's short-term financial assets and liquidity, including cashflow management, derivatives and debt instruments. Further, Treasury is accountable for funding operations supporting the Club's horseracing activities on raceday. With the Club growing business demands to meet with customer needs, Treasury is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role in providing quality services to all stakeholders. Currently, we are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join the Treasury team, to support the Club's Treasury reporting and analytic systems implementation.

The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Reval Treasury Risk System reports/dashboards design, compilation and enhancement for management review
• Tableau software data analysis/dashboarding as an additional tools for monitoring the Club's cashflow and liquidity
• Supporting existing Integrity-FIS Treasury system for regular system updates and maintenance
• Conducting market research to bring in new technologies or tools on data analytics and facilitate review of business process and user requirements to enhance operational efficiency
• Reviewing and updating various system documents (i.e. training materials, operating manual and help desk procedures)
• Handling ad-hoc works or projects as assigned by the supervisor

About You

You should have:

• An university degree majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Data Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, in using SQL, Tableau, Python and Advanced Excel (Macro &Pivot Table)
• Experience in using Reval or other Treasury Management Systems is a plus
• Knowledge in financial products such as Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate & Money Markets will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese
