TravelRight (MasterTrip Limited) is recruiting our very first Intern to join our Shanghai office. We are a startup servicing the Chinese outbound travel market. We are the one of the most innovative Travel Technology startup by ITB China 2019.

We have our IT team based in Hangzhou, the claim service team in Paris, and we are building our project management team in Shanghai. This is a great opportunity to build experience dealing with both Chinese and European partners, while working in a dynamic and international entrepreneurial environment.

As our intern, you will be an integral member of our team, work very closely with our Founders to settle a new team in China, and contribute to the future of our company.

Job Description

岗位职能和要求：

Marketing (In Chinese)

中国的市场营销方面:

• Managing WeChat, web and Email content:

管理微信、网络和电子邮箱的内容

• Writing/ translating articles

撰写/翻译文章

• Designing commercial presentations

设计商业展示文稿

Customer Success Management:

客户管理：

• Updating the Q&A / client service materials

更新问答/客户服务资料

• Supporting clients by phone/ emails/ online messages

通过电话/电子邮件/在线信息支持客户

• Coordinating with partners to better service clients

协调与合作伙伴之间的业务，为客户提供更好的服务

Operations:

运营方面：

• Verifying claims and documents

核实索赔和文件

• Updating the database in our system

更新系统中的数据库

• Identifying and solving the problems

辨别和解决问题

• Coordinating with the operational teams from our partners

与合作伙伴的运营团队进行协调

Skills:

技能：

• Experience in WeChat content writing. Travel related blog writing is a plus

有微信内容撰写经验。有旅游相关博客写作优先

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Graphic design is a plus

熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint。会平面设计优先

• Fully fluent, good writing skills in both English and Chinese. Understand French is a plus

英语流利，良好的中英文写作能力。懂法语者优先

• Great communication and organization skills

6 month intern contract, start ASAP, with possibility to extent long-term contract (2 months in Paris for training, 4 months in Shanghai)

优秀的候选人可以获得我们6个月的实习合同，可以尽快上岗，表现良好可以延长合同时效（我们给入职的实习生提供为期2个月在巴黎总部的培训，4个月在上海办公）
