Travel Retail Area Manager - skincare/beauty brand

Our client is a skinecare/beauty brand, they are looking for Travel Retail Area Sales manager for their travel retail division in Asia.


Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for greater china region
• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve brands retail sales target and business
• Formulate , develop and implement retail sales plan across the region
• Review and analyze the sales and inventory level on a regular basis to maximize the sales potential
• Decide assortment for each door based on profitability
• Regular market visit and work closely with duty free partners to maintain relationship

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 5 years of experience in retail operations
• Travel retail experience is a MUST
• detailed, self-motivated, creative
• Able to travel
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese
