Business Translation Support:
1. Support the translation of Chinese documents/ meetings into English in business function.
2. Effectively communicate within internal/external professionals and colleagues, to ensure high quality translation.
3. Respond in a timely and professional manner to any query concerning translation.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Assist Greater China Region Head to managing all the assignments, appointments, meetings and business related activities, schedule daily agenda tasks and prepare business trip.
2. Managing the calendar of Greater China Region Head.
Report and minutes:
1. Participating in relevant meetings, responsible for the preparation of minutes and follow-ups its implementation and feedback.
2. Statistic analyst and project summary report when required by Greater China Region Head.
Requirements:
Excellent command of Chinese and English.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Good communication skills to various levels of staff
Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.
Can Biz trip 3-4 days a week.
