Would you like to spend your workdays cooperating with colleagues across the world? At SDL Netherlands B.V. (part of the RWS Group), you are part of a young, dynamic in-house team that delivers translation projects in Dutch and Flemish for well-known multinationals.

We are currently looking to complement our growing team with Dutch translators for all our domains, such as Finance and Creative/Marketing. Experience is appreciated but not required. Together with your team members and with help from your local line manager and our international project teams, you manage your own projects, including making daily decisions which projects to outsource to our experienced vendors.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Translating and post-editing texts into Dutch
• Editing and proofing translations provided by in-house colleagues as well as qualified external vendors
• Managing localization projects, which includes providing linguistic support to project managers and other colleagues
• Delivering quality according to our standard procedures and contributing to continuous development of the same

 Qualifications
You have native-level proficiency in Dutch. You have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in translation or a relevant second language (English, German, or French), or several years of experience as an author/translator in one of our subject matter fields. You will translate content from English; ability to work from German and/or French would be an additional asset. You can work efficiently and are a swift multitasker, who enjoys working with deadlines.
