Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Disciplinary management responsibility for a team of several employees
  • Responsibility for ensuring the supply of goods for the EP portfolio in the European region and for managing bottlenecks, production transfers, etc.
  • Steering and implementation of label changes, launches and deletions in the region in accordance with timelines and GXP requirements
  • Coordination of launches, partly in cooperation with global launch teams
  • Ensuring the flow of information to internal and external customers
  • Responsibility for the design and application of efficient and effective work processes within the team and at the interfaces to adjacent departments (implementation of CIP, operational excellence and lean)
  • Special cross-team responsibility for process compliance and quality in the area of planning, master data and change management via the teams resident key users
  • Responsibility for inventory management in the region served, ensuring optimal stock levels, optimizing working capital and reducing write-offs
  • Compliance with all internal and external GMP, GDP and ICS guidelines and specifications for production and trade of medicinal products, including the creation of corresponding internal SOPs

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Master's degree in business administration, preferably with specialization in supply chain management
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
  • Sound knowledge of the legal requirements for pharmaceuticals
  • Leadership experience in an operational environment
  • Very good IT knowledge, especially of the SAP P2R/APO system
  • High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team and own initiative
  • Fluent in German and business fluent in English, both written and spoken

 

This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
