Montreal or Gatineau, Quebec

Overview

Our Training and Implementation Specialists work on the front line to implement and train on our desktop, client-server and web technologies in our fast-growing local and international customer base.

 

1.0/ ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, schedule, execute and track new MultiTrans TMS implementations and existing client upgrades for the NA region
  • Prepare and deliver pre-sales demos and training sessions to both external and internal stakeholders via webex or face-to-face
  • Perform internal and external customer consultation regarding workflow re-engineering to optimize working processes and to produce configuration proposals for new implementations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post implementation client follow-ups and consulting in the NA region
  • Work closely with products and support teams to validate fixes and possible workarounds for high-priority client-issues.
  • Analyse incidents raised for preventive action and develop/review content for knowledge base
  • Act as a team member that contributes to solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and changing technical environment
  • Requires occasional travelling

2.0/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer Science Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience or Localization degree with technical component or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in end-user software implementation and training
  • Experience in leading customer demos and workflow implementation meetings.
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Translation Management Systems, ideally with MultiTrans technology
  • Experience with translation / localization activities
  • Experience in leading technical pre-sales activity and solution design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English. Other foreign languages an asset
  • Proven customer satisfaction approach for customers in NA region
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Preference for working in a cooperative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly

  • Expertise in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
    Additional Assets
  • Experience and knowledge of implementing translation workflows from CMS/WCMS platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot and engineer localization file formats, especially troubleshooting related to XLIFF, XML, HTML and other tag-based formats
