Job Description
  • Manage the training function for EXEC.

  • Be a member of the AutoSol China L&D team to roll out and take lead some learning and development programs and other Business Units to support the business growth.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

  • Analyzing and Identifying training needs and developing training plans by considering business needs, employee development etc.
  • 和确定培训需求,并根据业务需求、员工发展等制定培训计划。
  • Searching and evaluating external & internal training program based on the training plan and budget, keeping cost within the budget, using the training funds appropriately
  • 培训计划和预算,寻找并评估外部和内部培训计划,将成本控制在预算之内,合理使用培训资金。
  • Developing internal training and development programs

  • Planning and organizing training courses based on training plans
  • 培训计划规划并组织培训课程
  • Implementing regular training effectiveness evaluation and developing improvement plans when necessary.
  • 进行培训效果评估,并在必要时改进计划。
  • Maintaining the external & internal training resources database and training records
  • 外部和内部培训资源数据库和培训记录
  • Assuring the compliance of the mandatory training programs requirement and related policy requirement
  • 强制性培训项目要求和相关政策要求的合规性
  • Organizing the performance management process annually and following up with the completion status
  • 组织绩效管理流程,并跟踪完成进度
  • Leading the local training team to deliver the performance
  • 当地培训团队进行绩效考核
  • Lead and support Corp and AutoSol China L&D team some learning and organization development programs and other Business Units to support the business growth.

Basic Qualifications基本任职要求

  • Degree with a major discipline in business administration, human resources or related discipline
  • 工商管理、人力资源或相关专业学位
  • Min 5 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years were on employee training
  • 以上相关工作经验,其中3年以上员工培训经验
  • Training generalist with good business acumen
  • 具有良好商业头脑的多面手
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • 的英语和普通话听说读写能力
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with cross-functionally training participant
  • 的人际交往能力,能够与跨职能培训参与者进行沟通
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
