Work load: 
Totally 40 working hours/week
22 teaching hours/week（6-7 classes）
18 hours for teaching research/week
Monday and Tuesday are off days
Student age）: 3-12 years old

Qualifications：
1. Strong language expression, cheerful personality.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above (English or English Education major preferred).
3.TESOL or TEFL 120 hours certificate required.

Base Salary ：20000-25000 RMB/Month after tax
Bonus system
a. Overtime pay: 200 RMB for per extra teaching hours
e.Demo classes make deal bonus: 200RMB/student
d. Housing allowance: 2000 RMB/month
