Responsibilities :

• Participate in formulating and implementing the training and development plans in order to support the business goals
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs for new shop opening to the front-line shop staff
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
• Experienced and well versed in SOP or in different restaurant operations

Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality, Hotel or Catering Management
• 2 years or above working experience in F&B industry
• Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
• Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Energetic, organized and responsible personality 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
