Designs and delivers Industry – leading learning and development experiences that prepare commercial personnel to effectively engage with customers and promote the brands within AstraZeneca Vietnam. This position will lead the design, development and implementation of innovative capability programs to develop and sustain critical skills, behaviours and competencies required for success in AstraZeneca Vietnam.
This individual will lead the skill and competency needs assessment to provide robust and impactful training aligned with the needs of the customers in an evolving and dynamic selling environment, such as virtual and hybrid selling models. This will also include identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating learning opportunities for customer-facing sales professionals, through industry benchmarking and alignment with sales leadership. Will conduct ongoing needs analysis and leverage insights to inform the training strategies, curricula, and deliver programs are comprehensive and anticipating any evolving capabilities for our customer facing teams to succeed.
Responsible for the development and implementation of all domestic sales training and/or leadership development programs for Sales Representatives, Sales Management, and Key Account Managers. Incumbent directly manages Sales Training Managers and reports to the Commercial Strategy & Excellence Director.
• Oversees development and implementation of all training and leadership development programs for sales force
• Designs training strategy in conjunction with sales and brand leadership teams
• Sets objectives, coaches/mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for Sales Training Managers
• Drives continuous improvement of training curriculum
• Manages overall resource allocation, departmental budget, and high level relationships with external consultants
