Training Manager (Job ID: 2125)
Responsibilities:
- To design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on financial services
- To assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
- To assist in managing trainee programmes and other training-related projects
- To coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Certified Banker or holder of equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant training or banking experience
- Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking business is a definite advantage
- Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
