Training Manager (Job ID: 2125)

Responsibilities:

• To design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on financial services
• To assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
• To assist in managing trainee programmes and other training-related projects
• To coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline
• Certified Banker or holder of equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant training or banking experience
• Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking business is a definite advantage
• Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing 
• Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
