Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Planning, Development, Management & Implementation

Lead to design & develop training programs for all levels employees in response to the business and learning needs analysis as per budget and resources

Strong partnership with region training teams and OPE training team to develop and implement the key talent development programs

Define and implement effective measurement methodology to evaluate the impact of learning interventions on knowledge, skills and business results

Ensure high quality implementation of the training programs.

Consolidate training resources across regions, and track training plan and submit training reports to managements.

Promote “from training to learning” culture in the organization by varies means of communication.


Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Facilitation Skills- Able to play the multiple roles of facilitator, project leader, organizer and supporter

2. Influence Skills- Able to influence others in support of organization goals and build task forces to support and promote projects.

3. Good planning, good analytic and problem solving skills

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build good relationships at all levels of the business

5. Strong calibration skill to leverage resources from different regions and ability to work cross businesses on teams.

6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must Computer literate
