1. Setup annual training calendar, organize training programs and continuously improve training system effectiveness
2. Promote and develop e-learning system
3. Understand business priority and develop training programs for the business
4. Reinforce learning system by deploying diverse learning practices and promote “Learning organization” culture
5. Deploy talent development tools, manage talent development systems.
6. Understand business strategy and develop talent development projects
7. Facilitate talent development practices such as High potential identification, people review, succession plan etc.
8. Develop talent development competence of Business Manager and HR by training/coaching/supporting them.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. Minimum 8 +years dedicated HR experience manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive experience in learning and talent development within a fast moving, complex and demanding corporate environment
4. Strong structured thinking and ability to work with concept.
5. Strong business acumen and customer focus
6. Good communication and influence skill, high sense of responsibility, hands on, logical and high degree of integrity.
7. Good English in both oral and written;
