Job Description
Incorporated in 2017, KPMG technology R&D centre combines four functions: R&D, in-house services, outsourced services and operational services. It is KPMG’s first R&D centre and second delivery centre in China.

As KPMG’s first R&D centre in China, our business activities currently include

  • Development, design, production of computer software and computer system integration
  • AI, R&D and delivery of technologies
  • Big data-related services and technical support, including data development, data processing, data mining etc.

Driven by increasing market demand, we will expand the R&D centre’s scope of business on an ongoing basis to enable technologies to provide quality services for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support accelerator strategy and engage into training campaign program development by generating training contents (fast, responsive and engaging to market place)
  • Play as content organizers to develop quick / strong piece of messages in content format, and exposure via but not limited to internal com, external com channel such as social media, media response, and media query engagement and etc.
  • Work closely with the training managers to provide proactive support in training schedule arrangement and course execution
  • Handle training related work including tracking and chasing completion of training, sending survey and evaluations, preparing training materials, facilities and reports, etc.
  • Maintain training database,update the Learning Management System (“LMS”) including enrolment and training completion record
  • Conduct research on competitive, industry, media etc. environment to strategically compose / position our content
  • Build and manage robust content pipeline throughout the year, identifying key ones monthly
  • Provide ad hoc logistics support

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, CET 6 and above, IT background is preferred
  • Previous experience in training campaign program or copywriting, marketing promotion experience would be a plus for the application
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, MS Word
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels of participants
  • Good planning and organisational skills, and able to multitask
  • Assertive, proactive and able to work in teams
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a shared service centre is preferred
