Deliver technical training to reach training target and ensure trainees to obtain the required skills and knowledge.

Develop the training course and curriculum, or optimize the existing course based on business command and dealer needs.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop & update training materials with latest BMW Technology and base on the market needs
• Cooperation with business department to collect training needs, information and continually update the training course
• Conducting each training course according to the BMW Standard
• Ensure the trainees understand the training content and obtain the essential knowledge/skills with high satisfaction
• Knowledge of training methodologies, technologies, formats, and can propose the suggestion in order to increase the training quality and efficiency
• Management of the responsible projects and tasks and keep it on track
• Relevant knowledge and techniques, to ensure self-ability fully meet the requirement of course delivery or self-development plan
• Support other teams or colleagues based on business command
  

Qualifications

• College or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Automobile engineering and/or related preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of business trends and ability to make good decisions
• Ability and knowledge of the processes and methods for creating innovative ideas
• Ability to transform the strategic objectives into detailed action plans and implement effectively
• Ability to handle uncertainty, complexity and conflicts and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of planning and ability to set priorities on multi-tasks
• Ability to redirect activities to meet the objectives and performance targets
• Knowledge of methods, processes and tools of quality management
• Ability to understand the strategy with holistic view
• Proficient English in both written and verbal. German would be an advantage
• Technical working and training experience in automobile industry
• Automobile repairing experience in dealership is preferred.
