主要工作职责(Main Responsibilities / Job Description)

• Improve the training skills and understand the retail needs

自身培训技能，并了解零售的培训需求

• Be responsible for carrying out and optimizing the training courses

培训课程的教学实施，参与培训课程的设计与更新

• Help to set up and maintain the whole training system

培训体系建立、维护

• Collect training needs, establishment, adjustment and implement the training courses

培训需求，编制、调整、执行培训计划

• Prepare the training reports, feedback and assessment

撰写培训报告，反馈、评估培训效果

任职资格 (Requirements)

• Bachelor Degree or above, Passionate for training, major in management and relevant experience in fashion company preferred

本科以上学历，专业不限，热爱教育事业；有零售培训相关的工作经历优先考虑

• One year or above experience in doing public speaking or lecture

具有一年以上公众演讲，授课与讲座经验

• Have excellent language expression, good communication and facilitation skills, those who master certain psychological knowledge is preferred.

优秀的语言表达、有丰富的沟通能力及引导技巧,有一定的心理学知识者优先。

• Presentable, Mandarin standards, Good speechmaking abilities and infectious.

气质形象佳，普通话标准，具备良好的演讲能力及感染力。

• l Familiar with office software, especially good at PPT, word, Excel, etc.

熟练掌握office系列办公软件，特别是对PPT、word、Excel等有较好的运用。

• Optimistic, have high compression capability, faster learner, possess strong executive ability and team spirit.

良好的心态，抗压能力、学习能力、团队协作力、执行能力强。

• Have a passion for retail works, ability to work in fast paced environment.

热忱于零售工作，愿意出差及适应零售工作环境。
