Work in collaboration with the Retail team to build a strong partnership that allows benefit to be included in all additional training opportunities.

Follow department's requirement to provide in class training for retail channel.

Can define & develop product training courses as per global training materials and needs independence.

Have some retail experience and understand the operational procedures, can work well with store managers and retail team

To check training results, service standards and the mastery of selling skills by store visiting and in store coaching.

Have good experience of managing training project, can execute it independence.

Making project proposal and plan, implementing and managing it to achieve the good results

Establish and maintain good working relationship with all divisions and employees.

Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

Experienced in branding/ Retail field

At least 3 years working experience in Cosmetic/Clothing/Fast moving retail industry

Has at least 3 years training experience, can develop training manual and courses independently.

Have good experience of managing training project, can execute it independently.

Possessing proper working attitude, earnest, preciseness, ambition and passion, able to work under pressure.

Good communication, cooperation ability and logistic, Has some sales data analysis capabilities, can work efficient and fit in a fast speed circumstance.

Bachelor Degree

Fluent spoken and written in English.
