The role is based in Shanghai, part of the China Software Factory team, and reporting directly to the China Software Factory Manager. Our offices are located in Shanghai, People Square.

The Project Assistant will support a variety of administrative and project support activities, with following main scope of work:

• Support project team with assigned projects, correspondence and various administration tasks;
• Responsible for AR/AP reporting, expense recording, and cash flow of projects;
• Customer interaction and/or communication as related to projects/jobs;
• Assist with preparation of finance and operations related KPI.
