Purpose of Job:

Contributing to the execution of R&D and related projects. Entering as a limited or none experienced (catalysis) engineer or chemist; Developing expertise and skills for more advanced jobs within BU Catalyst; Reassigning after two years.

Job Profile:

Essential Function 1:Development of knowledge in Catalysis through problem solving

1.Develops understanding of BU Catalysts business.

2.Solves technical problems (internal and external) and develop technical expertise through practices.

3.Drives defined tasks and sub-projects forward with creativity, endurance and team spirit to meet milestones and objectives

Essential Function 2:Execution of R&D and related activities (R&D projects, plant supports, technical services)1.Contributes to the execution of R&D and related projects

2.Plans, designs, and performs experiments

3.Documents experimental results and issues progress reports on a regular basis

4.Works with production, sales, engineering service, marketing, business development, and external customers

Essential Function 3:Knowledge management

1.Contributes to literature studies in specific areas

2.Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the fields of responsible

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry from a highly reputable program. Fresh graduated PhD can be considered.

Business experience: 0-2 years industrial experience.

Additional Qualifications: Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
